Posted by Jan Albert on 04 October 2008 It's good to see that the project has started. Never mind about the pool. If they want to swim they know where to find the beach. Happy building! barbara & jan albert Posted by Barbara & Jan Albert on 07 August 2008 Hi Barbara / Jan Yes, this project really has taken ages to get off the ground. However, now that we've started progress has been rapid. The house should be wind and watertight withinthe next three weeks after which I'll be able to get on with all the electrics, the plumbing and the heat recovery system... and probably a few other thousand small jobs as well! Thanks for the encouragement though. Keep watching. David Posted by Dave Newman on 08 August 2008 who are the folk in the photo? I think they are stand-ins. Really useful to have passed by a couple standing by their digger, looking like they are about to start a build ... Dave says it is he and Gillian, yet there is country-side behind and frankly the couple do not look like Dave or Gill ... Ken says it looks like Maggie Copeland? Can anyone help? Posted by morag on 30 May 2008 Congratulations Well done for making a start on the demolition (Feb 12th 2008). Now all you need to do is get the website updated with some nice photos so we can all see what is going on!! Posted by Jerry & Joan on 12 February 2008 this house of yours Im not to shure about this project of yours i think im gonna file a complaint. Personally i think its far too square and tall and its got far too many windows in it......... And where is the space for the poole and stuff???? Posted by Your son on 09 December 2006 I think your right. I'm going to go straight back to the drawing board and start all over again. Of course, I'll need the height to be able to install the high diving boards that go with the pool. Posted by David on 11 December 2006 |
